Horsham Safety & Engineering Services started life in 1999 as Project Safety International Pty Ltd, a business vehicle for a single consultant hired to provide advice on safety at a construction site in Vietnam. The challenges were enormous but with steady goal setting and coaching of the national workforce, the results were immediately recognized by other organizations in the area. From here, the success of the Company led to an ever increasing presence in the Asia Pacific region and resulted in invitations from multinational companies to become a key player in, and, ensure the safe completion of their projects.

Horsham Safety & Engineering Services Pty developed an alliance with TG Management Pty Ltd, a company that specialised in project management and process improvement, including Six Sigma methodologies. This alliance led to the development of breakthrough performance using our own process for safety improvements. This merger also provided the resources and expertise to become increasingly involved in project management services for construction projects.

In 2007, both companies merged and are now trading as Horsham Safety & Engineering Services. Horsham Safety & Engineering Services is now based in Horsham, Victoria but still maintains a small core management team and draws on available resources specific to Client project needs.
